The main level consists of one large bedroom with a King size bed, a full bathroom with over sized shower. The living room includes a full size futon, TV, DVD and boom box stereo. The kitchen is complete and the table sits 6 comfortably.

The Lower level also has one large bedroom with queen size bed and full size futon in the living area with TV and DVD. The full bathroom has a luxurious oversize black granite deck tub. This level has a separate entrance, mini fridge and no other kitchen facilities.
